Who We Are
Bilima Care is a family owned and operated support service delivering in-home aged care under the Support at Home program in Sydney & the Central Coast.
Our care team supports older Australians to live independently and with dignity, right where they feel most comfortable. We take the time to get to know each client, building a responsive care plan around their needs, preferences and goals— from everyday support to staying active and connected with what matters most to them.
We're proud to partner with Trilogy Care, giving our clients the confidence to self manage their Support at Home funding, so more of it goes toward the care and services that genuinely make a difference in their lives.

Support at Home is the Australian Government program that funds help for older people to live safely and independently in their own home. It covers everyday things — cleaning, showering, meals, getting to appointments — as well as nursing and allied health.
-
Contact My Aged Care on 1800 200 422 or visit myagedcare.gov.au.
An assessor will visit and work out which supports you need. You're generally eligible from 65, or from 50 for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, if you have functional limitations or need assistance. We're happy to talk you through what to expect beforehand.
-
Yes, and it's three steps:
Tell your current provider you intend to transfer, and nominate a termination date — two weeks' notice is usually enough.
Call My Aged Care on 1800 200 422 and press option 5 to reactivate your referral code. You can also do this in the My Aged Care online portal.
Call Trilogy Care on 1300 459 190, press option 1, give your referral code, and start onboarding.
Existing Home Care Package budgets continue under their own classification levels. We'll walk you through it — call us first if you'd rather not do it alone.

The Commonwealth Home Support Program is entry-level help — most people on it use only one or two services, with funding up to around $10,500 a year.
Support at Home is for more substantial or varied needs, assessed across eight levels, with government contributions up to roughly $78,100 a year. It also gives you more choice over who provides your care.
-
No. Your approved budget doesn't affect your age pension.
-
Clinical supports — nursing, allied health, nutrition — cost you nothing. For independence and everyday living services you contribute a percentage that depends on your income assessment. Full pensioners pay the least.
My Aged Care has a fee estimator at myagedcare.gov.au/how-much-will-i-pay.
-
That's the point of self-management. You choose who comes into your home, agree the rate, and book the times that suit you. If you already have someone you trust, you can usually keep them.
-
We currently cover Sydney and the Central Coast regions.
Contact us if you’d like to request us in a different region—we are expanding all the time, so these requests are sometimes possible.
